Testing

A large room with all its tools gives us the opportunity to test our products extensively. This includes not only expensive testing of products. This is obviously very important and useful and this provides a lot of information that you can use to make your product better and more sustainable. But in addition to endurance testing, we also test the assemblability and maximum load capacity of products. Products must be safe to use and also easy to assemble at the factory.

Assembly

It may sound like an open door, but assembling your products is something you need to think about carefully. We first digitally draw everything out in 3D to get an idea of what the product will look like. An important step is to then turn your idea into a prototype and put it together in real life. This way we find out if everything works the way we had in mind and production can get underway.

Loadability

When designing a structure, it is always important to test the load capacity. We do this by creating digital simulations of loads on our designs. Through these simulations, we see the weak spots in the design and solve them by adjusting the construction, choice of materials or shape. In addition to using simulations and mathematical models, we also do physical testing with our prototypes in our workshop.

Material

We already showed some of our experiments in a blog. Need a hufterproof material that can handle all weather conditions? We test it with our UV box. Wondering how the heat distribution from a LED bulb affects your fixture? We tackle potential challenges already in the design phase by doing quick tests with our prototypes.

We always try to detect potential problems and get ahead of them through tests and examinations. Our experience with these types of issues saves money and time in the design process.
