Privacy statement

At Fabrique, we believe it’s important to handle personal data responsibly. We process personal data only as permitted under the General Data Protection Regulation. This privacy statement explains how we do this.

Please know that we only use the information we receive from you for its intended purpose. For example, we will never share our customers’ information with third parties without your consent, and if you call us with a question, you will never receive a newsletter without your consent.

Clients

If you’re a Fabrique customer, we keep contact information in addition to general company information. This includes information such as name, email address, phone number, and job title.

As long as you’re our customer, we need this contact information. After an agreement with Fabrique ends, we may retain this information, for example, if it’s linked to a contract, invoice, or other official document.

Contact

If you call or email us, we need your information to assist you further. We store your name, company name, email address, and/or phone number to answer your question or to contact you again. Once your question has been resolved, we immediately delete this information. If our contact leads to a (potential) order, the policy described under “Clients” applies.

Call me back form

Besides emailing or calling, you can also find the “Call me back” option on our website. In this form, you enter your question, along with the name of your organization, your name, your phone number, and your email address. We’ll then call you back. As soon as your question has been processed, we’ll immediately delete your information. If our contact leads to a (potential) assignment, the policy described under “Clients” applies.

Cookies

To measure visits to our website, we place cookies (a small text file on your PC, tablet, or mobile phone that stores information). The use of cookies is crucial for the proper functioning of our website, and visitor input also provides a good understanding of how the website is used and how we can improve it. The advertising cookie helps us reach the right target audience with the right message, but it also ensures that you’re not constantly shown the same ad.

When you first visit our website, you’ll receive a cookie notification where you can indicate your preferences. You can (usually) adjust these preferences through your browser settings, or you can change them in your cookie preferences on this page. Please be aware that if you block our cookies, certain features and pages on our website may not function as usual. Want to know more? Read more about Fabrique’s cookie policy.

Website visit

We use Google Analytics to track visits to our websites. This is primarily done in a privacy-friendly manner, with website visits recorded anonymously.

Job applications

Great that you’re interested in working at Fabrique! If you applied to us but weren’t invited for an interview, or if we’re unable to reach an agreement, we’ll retain your information for four weeks after the vacancy closing date.
If you’d like to keep your information longer so we can contact you for similar vacancies in the future, we’ll retain it for up to one year. You’ll need to give us your separate consent for this.

Retention periods

Once we’re certain we no longer need your data, we’ll delete it from our systems. For completeness, we’ve provided an overview of the most important retention periods below:

Contact by email or phone: We’ll delete your data immediately as soon as your inquiry has been processed.
Call me back form: We’ll delete your data immediately as soon as your inquiry has been processed.
Google Analytics: Website visit data will be retained for as long as we have an agreement with Google Analytics.
Job applications: 4 weeks (or a year if agreed upon).

Security

Of course, proper security of our systems is essential, so we implement the recommended security measures. Should, despite our efforts, personal data be compromised, or if we suspect there is a high risk of this, we will notify all affected parties as soon as possible.

Access or changes to data

If you have any changes to your information, would like to view your stored data, or have a complaint or question about how we process your data, please contact us at 015 2127 758.

Changes to our privacy statement

We may make changes to our privacy policy in the future. We will, of course, include these changes in this privacy statement. You can find the most recent date on which we made changes at the bottom of this page.
