A look inside our green office.
We moved our computers to our home office quite a while ago. The empty, tidy office provided a great opportunity to take some pictures of the plants that live there! In this blog post, we'll give you a glimpse into our green workspace, and perhaps you'll be inspired to add some plants next to your desk too.
We love greenery around us, both inside and outside the building. Our office borders the beautiful Agnetapark in Delft. This provides a lovely view, and when the weather is nice, we can enjoy lunch outside in the sunshine. Need a moment for yourself? Step outside and you’ll immediately hear the birds singing, feel the peace and quiet around you, and spot a few dogs playing while out for a walk.
But we also have a wide variety of plants in the office. They add color and ambiance to our space and apparently also help reduce stress for our colleagues! Plants are said to create a homey feeling, making employees feel more at ease. There are many other benefits to a green office, too.
We simply take care of the maintenance ourselves. When the soil in the pot starts to dry out, one of our colleagues goes around with a watering can. This is actually quite manageable, so don’t let that stop you from buying plants for the office!
